Description
In this position, you will maintain strong customer relationships and quality controls in order to achieve overall job success. This includes compliance and other administrative work.

In this position, you will be expected to assist in ensuring projects have all necessary documents and information to complete the installation project.

Job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:


Responsibilities:


  • Serves as the Polaron Energy Group project liaison with all internal departments and consultants, etc.; coordinate towards common goals while making critical decisions in a professional manner
  • Develops and maintains a constant line of communication and a good relationship with our sales team & clients.
  • Reviews contract conditions; ensures compliance with all contract terms
  • Cross reference documents from clients to ensure they meet legal code and can be processed through our system
  • Facilitates and supports effective communication mechanisms across the company for project information, including preparation of timely and accurate reporting to management of project health, outlining financial health, schedule, and milestones, issues, and risks
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
  • Respond to client requests in a timely fashion regarding their project
  • Take necessary steps to ensure that client projects are moved forward through follow ups, internally and externally until tasks are considered completed
  • Constant lookout to improve the overall efficiency of the compliance process.
  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensuring customer/sales reps provided information is proper
  • Updating and generating proposal templates as required.
  • Analyze hydro bills and prepare information for proposals. Review proposals for each project.
  • Assist other departments as required.
  • Develop and implement solutions in response to project issues and/or concerns. Job Skills & Qualifications
  • Relevant work experience in project customer service
  • Prior experience in customer service and in a digital environment an asset
  • Prior experience in renewable energies is an asset
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) as you will be working in a fastpaced team environment
  • Advanced problem solving and scheduling expertise
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects is a requirement
  • Thorough understanding of project management control systems and navigate them successfully
  • Ability to gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems, and suggest solutions
  • Familiarity with key components of a solar installation
  • Ability to maintain records, prepare reports, and conduct correspondence related to the work.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint required
  • Highly organized and skillful at working on multiple projects simultaneously with ability to prioritize multiple and often competing activities
  • Selfmotivated and committed to excellence, with a 'do whatever it takes' positive attitude.
  • Proven track record of customer care
  • Ability to perform in a fastpaced environment
  • Able to work a range of hours as required to meet deadlines

Salary:
$32,000.00-$35,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Scarborough, ON
