Kitchissippi Productions is looking for a highly motivated and organized Events Coordinator to join our team.

As an Events Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing a diverse range of events, ensuring each one is a memorable experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Kitchissippi Productions team to plan, organize, and execute events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and expectations, ensuring they are met and exceeded.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth event execution.
• Develop and maintain event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
• Oversee event setup, breakdown, and cleanup, ensuring all activities are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any eventrelated issues that may arise.
• Monitor and evaluate event performance, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Must be between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment.
• Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have official refugee status.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is an asset, but not required.
