Located in Oakville at the Mississauga border, our dynamic company has an exciting new opportunity for a career -orientated supervisor of Customer Service.

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, results orientated Customer Service professional who has demonstrated success in the consumer goods industry.


As a senior lead member of the Customer Service department, the Supervisor will provide insight and help direct the customer service team in the day-to-day operation of accurate customer order fulfillment and processing while handling major accounts.


Key Responsibilities:


Processing various purchase orders and becoming knowledgeable about our customer's business: what they buy, how they buy, pricing structure, promotions, warehouse locations, etc.

achieved through continuous communication with our sales & marketing departments, warehouse team, and other contacts.


Oversee orders through the entire process: entry, receipt, accuracy of PO information - including pricing, UPC, retail, promotions, terms, discounts, shipping information, etc.

- order entry, warehouse receipt and processing, ensuring customers are making appointments and warehouse is shipping on schedule, research shipping/ inventory discrepancies, and more.

Reach out to customers and warehouse as needed to correct/ address any issues.

Become familiar with customer accounts, contacts, items ordered, pricing, promotions, and special order/ billing instructions.

Learn customer portals for shipping/ routing/ confirming orders and managing information.

Work internally with Account Management team to ensure all customer inquiries, and concerns are addressed promptly.

Learn software and online ordering systems; acquire knowledge in all of our product SKUs and what is available by warehouse


Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years' experience working within a high volume CPG customer service department

Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain

Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

Dependable and team orientated with a history of being able to work independently

Able to work in tight deadlines in a multi-task, high priority environment with a high degree of accuracy

Experience with major ERP systems and EDI orders (NetSuite experience an asset)

Must be organized and capable of handling multiple tasks
