Although the immediate intent of this poster will be to fill several positions with various linguistic profiles and tenures.

Education:
Graduation with a degree from a post secondary institution with acceptable specialization in Economics, Sociology or Statistics.
Degree equivalency
Experience:
Both Streams:
- Experience in tracking and monitoring public health policy issues.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives and deadlines
- Experience conducting research and analysis
Additional for EC-04:
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing trends to support policy development.
- Experience drafting briefing and decisionmaking documents for senior management* (such as briefing notes, reports, decks, etc.)
- Senior Management is defined as Director Level and above (or private sector equivalent).

Abilities
Both Streams:
- Ability to communicate effectively orally.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
- Ability to analyse and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information and/or data
- Ability to draft decisionmaking documents for senior management*.
- Ability to work on various projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively orally
EC-04 Stream only:
- Ability to develop recommendations for senior management
- Senior Management is defined as Director Level and above

Asset Education:
Graduation from a recognized post-secondary institution with a master's degree in a field relevant to the work to be performed
Degree equivalency
- Experience providing recommendations on policy issues to senior management
- Experience conducting research and analysis
- Experience in working with a central agency (TBS, Finance and PCO)
- Experience developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with stakeholders
Operational Requirements:
- Willingness and ability to work overtime on short notice.
- Willingness and ability to travel on occasion.
Conditions of employment:
Secret security clearance - Some positions may require reliability or confidential security status.
