Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction practices, and schematics to ensure efficient and safe installations. Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications, schematics, and building codes
• Conduct system troubleshooting and perform repairs as needed during installation
• Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
• Perform maintenance tasks on existing HVAC units to ensure optimal operation
• Assist with plumbing, welding, and boiler setup when required for system installation
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, plumbing, welding, boilers, and appliances
• Experience with construction practices and installation procedures
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately
• Mechanical or mechanic experience is highly desirable
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures for HVAC units and related systems
• Familiarity with appliance repair and general construction tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Gas B-ticket an Asset
• 4 day work weeks are an option

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$46.37 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
