We have an opportunity for a Property Manager position, to grow into a Property Manager role, for residential community located in barrie and wasage beach.
The main part of the job is to do the showings, inspection of the units and tenants communication. It is flexible hours

Pay:
$22.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Barrie, ON L4N 5T3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- property management: 1 year (preferred)
