Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machines to produce plastic parts according to specifications and quality standards.
Set up molds, load raw materials, and adjust machine settings as necessary to ensure proper operation and product quality.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Inspect finished products for defects and deviations from specifications, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
Monitor production processes, including temperature and cycle times, and make adjustments to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Document production activities, including machine settings, production output, and quality control checks, accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and meet production targets.
Adhere to company policies and regulations, including quality management systems and ISO standards, to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance job skills and knowledge of rotomolding processes and techniques.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience operating machines or manufacturing equipment is highly desirable.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs.
Knowledge of plastics materials and processing techniques, including heating, cooling, and molding processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and production instructions.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality products in a fastpaced production environment.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
