Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets
- Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with marketing, operations, and finance
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and make datadriven decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in sales operations
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Sales Operations Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
