Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets
• Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with marketing, operations, and finance
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and make datadriven decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in sales operations

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Sales Operations Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
