Description
Our client, a multi-faceted real estate property management and development firm, is actively seeking a highly organized and professional Office Manager / Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their executive team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, appointment and travel arrangements ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, presentations and documents on behalf of the executives.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and various internal departments as well as tenants and vendors.
- Attend meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items as required.
- Maintain the Accessibility Standard Report for accessibility compliance
- Set up all new leases and renewals in the accounting system (Yardi)
- Maintain employee attendance records and produce monthly attendance sheets for approvals and reporting
- Perform employee relations and provide an opendoor policy for employees to discuss issues and problems as they arise
- Supervise and provide direction to the Receptionist
- Onboarding new employees and perform benefits administration
- Management of the company's phone system
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager
- Prior experience in the real estate property management industry a strong asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager a strong asset
- Excellent computer skills specifically in MS Office products
- Extremely organized and professional
- Ability to maintain confidential information
Job Types:

Salary:
$80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
