Core Civil Construction Inc. is Hiring Mainline Foreman

Core Civil Construction Incorporated has evolved from the roots of Tweedale Sewer and Water Ltd., founded in 1998.

Our majority of work constitutes working on water and sewer. Any experience in water and sewer work is an add-on.

Duties as a Foreman & skills required for a Foreman:

Direct daily work for the crew; providing clear direction and expectations
Coordinate any possible subcontractors on site.
Documentation of ALL site activity
Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications for the project
Ability to understand and communicate company safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all areas of safety.
Completion of site paperwork on a daily basis and submission to the office (Timesheets, Tailgate meetings, asbuilts, etc.)
3 years of experience in sewer and water construction
3 years of experience in excavation and backfill of building
Possess a valid driver's license
Experience in the proper use of pipe lasers, rotating lasers, and survey equipment.
Excellent time management skills
The ability to problemsolve, and stay focused in highpressure situations.
Responsible for quality control for all workmanship of pipe and utility structure installation
Ability to keep operators and pipe personnel to the task
Documentation of ALL site activity
A valid driver's license
