We're growing and our Information Technology team is looking for an experienced IT professional to take on the role of
IT Manager This position is located at our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.

What we look for:

A stickler for proper documentation, no change is made on your watch without it
A keen eye for detail. You've got experience picking out inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
Helping your team grow and be their best selves is something that you thrive on.
A security guard Well, not literally but a passion for keeping information safe and the skill to ensure the performance, security and integrity database systems.
A desire to help people. You know how to facilitate troubleshooting and defect resolution with a smile on your face.
An intuition to identify and anticipate system issues and proactively collaborate with stakeholders to prevent and minimize system disruption.
Minimum two (2) to three (3) years postsecondary education in computer science, information technology or related degree/diploma.
Minimum five (5) years relevant workplace experience or equivalent combination of workplace experience and education and three (3) years' experience managing employees.
Project management experience or PMO certification an asset.
