The Role
This is an 18-month temporary staff position.

In this role, you will:

Be responsible for supporting the existing HR process areas, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, WorkForce time management, compensation, etc.
Provide user assistance and problem resolution

- participate in system enhancements, process improvements, and project implementations
- be responsible for effectively configuring SAP and SuccessFactors to deliver the required business processes and reporting requirements.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
A minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HR processes and supporting HRIS
Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
Business process knowledge in human resources
Effective problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors HCM configuration

Recommended:

SuccessFactors implementation experience with employee central, payroll, and/or compensation
SAP certification
