We are seeking a Nurse B to join our team at St. Pauls Hospital in Saskatoon. The successful candidate will coordinate patient educator for chronic kidney disease patients requiring peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis.Responsibilities

- Liaise with families, physicians, dietitians, staff nurses, and community agencies.
