We are currently seeking a
Scheduling Coordinator who is passionate about working in the field of education.

The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for managing information and processes related to scheduling course schedules for the College and providing a high level of commitment to excellence and integrity in serving all key stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Scheduler and the academic department to create a conflictfree, accurate schedule that balances efficiency, department needs, student needs, fairness and university policy for each semester.
  • Ensure accuracy of all course listings, including comments, fees and fee codes drop/add dates, all restrictions, prerequisites saved seats, fees, course descriptions and other courses specifics by auditing all course information against the university course catalogue.
  • Track all changes to the schedule and communicate changes to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of schedule information, including the creation and uploading of printable schedules.
  • Manage manual registration for the student groups.
  • Performs a variety of administrative duties such as work processing, spreadsheet data entry and creating, filing and photocopying as required.
  • Collaborate with other team members on waitlists, orientations, bulk communications, and other projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Advance Knowledge MS Office Suite
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline required.
  • Prior experience working in scheduling or working in an educational institute preferred.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and organizational abilities a necessity.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
