Description
TheCorporate Account Manager is responsible for achieving program goals in the Car Dealer Channel.
Working closely with the National Sales team, they will help to oversee and coordinate various projects and strategic initiatives by managing and coordinating program components.
This is a cross functional role working with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance and Customer Service to facilitate new and ongoing national initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze potential customers and business opportunities;
- Design business proposals and personalized service offers according to targeted needs;
- Seek to create longterm strategic partnerships with existing clients;
- Manage commercial relationships with major accounts;
- Participate in the development of strategic decisions regarding the business direction of the company;
- Develop personalized marketing tools for each client;
- Follow up on the activities of major accounts to maximize their potential;
- Propose valueadded services to existing clients;
- Negotiate, conclude and draft service contracts with clients and suppliers;
- Make corporate presentations on the services offered by the company;
- Participate in the development of the marketing strategy for future periods;
- Oversee the implementation of newly signed commercial agreements.
Success factors
- College or university training in business administration, marketing, economics or any other related disciplines;
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in a business development, representation or marketing position;
- Knowledge of the mechanics of product distribution and sales to corporate clients;
- Bilingualism in French and English, both written and oral;
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools as well as word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software;
- Constantly oriented towards customer needs;
- Autonomous, rigorous and capable of taking initiatives;
- Organized, able to carry out several mandates simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- Collaborative, working effectively across teams, functions and departments with clear communication;
- Able to stay focused on the task despite stress and tight deadlines;
- An excellent communicator, able to seize business and networking opportunities;
- Attention to detail and good analytical skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI
