What You Will Do
Key member of the Solutions Finance team (who are based in the UK) with responsibility for the Sobeys partnership.

Working closely with the Sobeys cross-functional account team (based in Toronto) to drive profitable growth for Sobeys and for Ocado.

Who Will I Be Working With
Ocado's cross-functional account team for Sobeys, Solutions Finance team, Solutions North America President, broader Technology Solutions business and finance teams

Finance Manager Role May Involve:

Overall Finance responsibility for the Sobeys partnership, working closely with the Sobeys account management team

This will include:

Ownership of Ocado's financial performance with respect to the Sobeys partnership, including financial and nonfinancial KPIs.
Detailed knowledge of Ocado's commercial arrangements with Sobeys, including fee arrangements, product pricing and contractual arrangements.
Detailed understanding of Sobey's own financial performance and KPIs with respect to its OSP online operations in Toronto, Montreal, and Calgary.
Driving improvements in the financial performance of the Ocado Sobeys partnership for both Ocado and for Sobeys. This will include being involved in the production and analysis of weekly/monthly Sobeys performance (to the extent available) and providing detailed commentary to internal Ocado stakeholders, including operational leads, the account management team, and Solutions leadership.
Building strong relationships with the Sobeys Finance team to provide analysis and insight of the Sobeys financial performance to support profitable growth for Sobeys' OSP online operations. Provide insight and challenge to support decisionmaking and strategy development within the Sobeys partnership, including proactively identifying risks and opportunities to drive business performance.
Provide daytoday Finance support, challenge and insight to the Sobeys account management team
Responsibility for all Finance areas with respect to Sobeys, including budgets, forecasts, and management commentary on monthly performance for the account management team and Solutions Leadership
Work closely with the Solutions Finance team, including the Head of Finance
Partner Success, to ensure that expertise in driving partner performance is incorporated within the approach to Sobeys, and Sobeys learnings are shared with the team.
Support the Solutions Finance team on ad hoc projects.
