_Responsibilities._*- Oversee and grow the logistics and brokerage division

  • Coordinate with operations managers in the development and implementation of company procedures
  • Responsible for the hiring, training and growth of transportation partners
  • Resolve customer issues should they arise

Requirements._

Knowledge of flatbed freight, loading, brokerage & freight finding, DOT regulations, OD loads, etc_

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and decisionmaking abilities
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities
  • Computer proficient in MS Office programs

Salary:
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
