    Description

    Reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Success, you will work closely with Drop's clients and internal Sales, Data, and Product teams to operationalize and deliver against client and business needs.

    Specific examples of your work will include account management, sales support, and revenue forecasting.

    Project and account management, operationalizing deliverables and fulfilling the services that empower our clients to reach their goals with a focus on client retention and revenue maximization/ growth.

    Supporting Sales pitches and advising on optimal sales strategies, with a focus on Drop's technical capabilities.
    2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Consulting, or Business Development.
    ~ Overall understanding of key performance metrics such as ROI/ROAS, sales funnel, and engagement metrics.
    ~ Proficient at distilling insight and solutions from data; Excel, Looker.
    A performance marketing background.
    Experience account managing/selling to Fortune 500 brands.
    Experience working with SQL.
