Job description
As part of the Active Directory team, you will join a group of technical experts responsible for Level 3 support of a critical global infrastructure.
Working in an agile and collaborative environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of identity services.
You will handle complex technical challenges and contribute to major strategic projects in close collaboration with international teams based in Paris, Bangalore, and across Asia.
Provide Level 3 support for the global Active Directory infrastructure (advanced troubleshooting, incident resolution, and problem management).
Lead and contribute to major infrastructure projects, including the reinstallation and migration of domain controllers to new operating systems.
Provide advanced expertise on ADFS and manage identity federation services, particularly for solutions such as Power BI.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, security, and automation within the Active Directory environment.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to procedures and projects.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Active Directory environments (architecture, replication, GPO, DNS, security, advanced troubleshooting).
Excellent proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Windows automation.
Solid knowledge of ADFS and identity federation mechanisms.
Experience managing large-scale, mission-critical infrastructures.
Education & Experience
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
Significant experience in a similar role within an international environment.
Soft Skills
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (international environment).
Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
Autonomous, proactive, and accountable.
Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural stakeholders.
Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
CGI provides a reasonable estimated salary range for this position.
The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, as well as professional licenses and certifications.
Compensation decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. A reasonable estimate for this salary range is $60,000–$115,000. This position is currently vacant.Together, as owners, let's turn meaningful insights into action.
