We are currently recruiting for a Pricing Analyst to join our team in Toronto, Ontario.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Analyse data required, develop pricing models and methodologies to prepare annual price catalog

Manage pricing activities in ERP system covering cost, sales price, point of sale discounts for all parts categories including new, repaired and overhauled parts.

Utilize the Case Management system to expedite turnaround times in support of AOGs, price orders, price quotes and streamline the cross functional processes, to meet service level performance commitments
Identify market-based resources and analyze data required to understand market competitive pricing
In support of market competitive pricing strategies, utilize available tools and resources to implement competitive pricing and drive increased customer market share and satisfaction
Prepare and maintain regular monthly metrics and governance to identify and address areas of pricing concerns
Ensure IFS functionality and reporting is optimized to support pricing initiatives
Interface and maintain clear and effective communication at all levels of the organization
Build effective working partnerships across functional departments and key influencers within Customer / De Havilland / suppliers to enhance the customer experience
Support other initiatives and projects as required

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration and/or equivalent business degree
3-5 years experience in a pricing or similar role
Knowledge of the aerospace aftermarket industry is an advantage

Possesses strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Has a high sense of urgency in meeting committed service levels
Process driven thinker who sets standards and expectations for detailed accuracy

Understanding of pricing competitiveness and positioning in the market with the ability to develop strategies and a framework to assist in growing our share of wallet.

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
