Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share internationally.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with distributors, dealers, and partners to drive sales growth in target markets.
  • Develop a network of distributors in previously undeveloped territories and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Prospect and open lines of communication with potential clients in assigned regions.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor sales strategies and messaging for specific regions and industries.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, provide regular reports, and develop sales forecasts to present to management.
  • Communicate directly with the sales director regarding any potential issues or concerns relating to existing or prospected clients.
  • Potential to be assigned secondary tasks by the Sales Director
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities on Scentroid's ERP/CRM system.
  • Develop an indepth knowledge of our product lines and service offerings.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in international B2B sales, preferably within the environmental monitoring or related industry.
  • Experience in managing distributor networks and driving channel sales initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex product specifications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using organizational software to maintain a client database.

Additional Assets:


  • Familiarity with quality management systems based on ISO900
  • Knowledge of the instrumentation industry

$90,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
