JOB SUMMARY
The CPC is looking to hire a dynamic and customer service-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves administrative work.
The Coordinator, Business Operations is an important member of the Business Operations team who provides front-line support to both internal and external stakeholders while at the same time assisting and supporting the Director, Finance, Risk & Operations, and Manager, Governance & Corporate Secretary.

Main
Responsibilities:
Operations & Office Administration
- Providing admin support to Manager, Governance & Corporate Secretary along with Finance and HR functions
- Coordinate office tasks such as mail, office supplies, filing of documents,
- Data entry for Finance, including expense reports.
- Support the Business Operations area with all Games Compliance requirements such as Team Members Agreements, Safe Sport Training requirements, Background checks, and other Gamesrelated items as required.
- Manage shipping and logistics for office operations with assistance from other departments.
- Support Director, Finance, Risk & Operations in lease management and warehouse coordination
- Support with Games and nonGames Gifting orders.
- Other duties as needed.
- Work in collaboration with Finance to manage inventory (mainly clothing) and support in reduction of Warehouse storage.
- Maintain records of CPC assets
- Support Manager, Governance & Corporate Secretary in preparing corporate orders (clothing & gifting)
- Organize and prepare logistics to deliver orders.
- Assist with CPC and Paralympic Foundation of Canada events (Board, Annual General Meeting, Staff Retreats)
- Lead the annual sale of CPC clothing and inventory to support the Paralympic Foundation
Requirements:
- 23 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingualism in French is considered an asset.
- Great attention to detail and time management skills
- Able to work within a team atmosphere or independently and take accountability.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills
- University /College Diploma in Business or Sport Administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience
Working Conditions
- Occasional overnight travel and offsite work required.
- Will be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods, including Games and other special events.
