• Support project management team
• Submit shop drawings for approval, follow up with customer on the status of review and return of shop drawings
• Distribute project information to the project team members such as Detailers, Engineers, Estimators, Project Management and Customer
• Create cloudbased project timelines/ schedules working with smartsheet o Project Award o Drawings required for review o Review of drawings by customer o Shop Fabrication o Field Installation
• Track Request for Extras and distribution of Site Instructions/ Change Orders *Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- * Excellent communication skills

• Fluent in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Knowledge in Smartsheet an asset
• Punctual, conscientious, reliable
• Attentive to detail
• Respectful
