Position Summary

Data Entry Assistant, New Business Transitions is responsible for supporting the onboarding of new homes across the organization and ensuring that all entries are accurate and consistent per pharmacy and company standards.

Your Day To Day:

Create new resident profiles
Enter all active prescriptions under each resident
Audit and update any changes to the resident or medication profile
Obtain valid prescription authorizations as required
Support the pharmacist on all aspects of onboarding a new home
Any additional tasks as required

What You Will Bring to The Team:

Minimum 1 years experience as a pharmacy assistant in Long term care pharmacy
Minimum 1 years' experience with KROLL pharmacy dispensary system
Experience with longterm care and retirement community clientele
Excellent communication, data entry and calculation skills
Must be detailoriented, selfmotivated and organized
Demonstrates time management, organizational skills, high degree of accuracy and thoroughness
Ability to work in a team as well as independently with mínimal supervision
