Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Information Technology Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the CTO and ITS team to ensure the efficient day to day operations of the ITS department.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides administrative coordination and support services for the management and staff within the Information Technology Services department
  • Assists with report research and preparation as required and coordinates projects and vendors with broad instructions from CTO
  • Performs procurement functions such as generation of requisitions, purchasing, and payment to vendors
  • Provides budget support and executes various administrative functions within the ITS department
  • Provides excellent customer service managing a large volume of written and verbal communications within and between department(s) and external contacts, determines priority of inquiries and responds accordingly
  • Maintains office supplies and furniture for the department
  • Provides back up support for part time payroll
  • Maintains MS Outlook calendar and meeting schedules for the ITS management team

Qualifications:


  • Three (3) year diploma/degree in Business Administration or related field of study
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in office administration in a fastpaced work environment
  • Excellent organizational/time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communications skill
  • Keen attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy of work in an interruptdriven, busy environment
  • Ability to work independently in managing projects and coordinating vendors
  • Excellent computer literacy skills, advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office and spreadsheet calculation and formulas
