    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 7-10+ years of program management, project management or product management experience.
  • 7-10+ years of partner programs and sales experience
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success driving adoption of disruptive technologies with partners.
  • Visible Industry thought leadership on relevant topics related to MSPs, Channels & SaaS GTM

  • Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy and execution of programs, partnerships and projects for the QuickBooks sales org to enable accelerated growth
  • Launch and manage the QuickBooks Solution Partner program in coordination with matrixed stakeholders
  • Develop, execute, and manage program development process designed to scope, prioritize, develop, socialize, refine, launch, and manage new and/or update existing programs in the near future
  • Collaborate with cross functional resources in developing and updating programs, critical business policies/processes and develop associated documentation for internal selling and external partner use
  • Conceive new programs ideas or identify program updates utilizing key financial, program and partner metrics and eliciting feedback from internal and partner constituents to evolve QuickBooks partner programs
  • Conduct ongoing reviews to ensure current & new programs are performing optimally and properly aligned to partner strategy
  • Track partner progress and results as well as QuickBooks performance against partner expectations across all programs by leveraging multiple platforms to create useful reporting and dashboards that quickly analyze and identify partner status, health, and opportunities for growth
  • Establish program operating rhythms; leads cross-functional meetings and fosters teamwork; drives escalation and resolution of issues
  • Ensure that the scope of the projects within the program align with business priorities
  • Validate financial forecasts and provides ongoing reconciliation of resources and other related program expenditures, as needed
  • 10+ years of proven channel and partner program management experience in an B2B SaaS environment
  • Depth of experience in channel and partner management experience
  • Proficient experience in all aspects of managing a global channel partner program including strategy, P&L, partner program automation applications, etc.
  • Analytical and data-driven experience using complex datasets strategically to create improvements, provide practical business insights and persuade others
  • Experience handling multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations across multiple locations
  • Effective consultative and influencing approach as a change agent
  • Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly, focusing on critical points.
  • Partner Incentive program management and budget management with cross-functional finance and marketing teams
  • Ability to architect and articulate a system design to a Channel Partner, Partner manager, all the way to a SFDC Admin
