F45 Fraserhood is looking for energetic, passionate and enthusiastic individuals in the role of Group Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team

Responsibilities and Duties:
- You will demonstrate and deliver highly energetic and fun preprogrammed F45 workouts for up to 36 members with another instructor (two instructors per class.)
- You will ensure safety of members with regards to heart rate and exercise technique, providing safety corrections and exercise modifications when required.
- You will ensure training floor and equipment is clean and tidy before, during and after each class & ensure change rooms are restocked and reset.
- You will be involved in building the F45 Fraserhood community.
You must have the following:
- Valid Personal Training Certification or Group Fitness Instructor through a nationally recognized organization such as Canfit-Pro, ACE or similar.
- Post-Secondary education related to the health and fitness industry (Kinesiology or Physical Education).
- Current first aid certificate.
- Experience in a group training environment.
- Sales experience.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Energetic, positive and outgoing personality.
- Punctual and reliable, trustworthy.
- Passionate about fitness & lives an active lifestyle;
- Knowledgeable about technical aspects of strength and cardiovascular training & is engaged in ongoing selflearning.
- Prepared for each class (note: all classes are prepared,.you will be required to spend 1015 minutes in advance of classes to learn room layouts, cues and modifications for exercises and timing and class structure prior to the start of each day).
Availability:
Must be able to work flexible hours, morning/afternoons, evenings & weekends.
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
Salary:
$30.00 per class.
Supplemental pay types:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. (required)

- Personal training: 1 year (preferred)
