Overview of the Role

How you will make contributions that matter:

Data analysis and reporting;
Responsible for achieving and exceeding gross margin and volume targets as assigned;
Debit Note administration;
Vacation coverage for current DSD Food Service territories;
Customer interaction and follow up as required;
Prepare and present regular business reviews to customers and internal stakeholders;
Communicate internally among Saputo management, finance, operations and distribution departments to maximize opportunities;
Co-ordinate and monitor pricing changes and ensure accuracy of published price plans;
Develop plans and reports to measure gain / loss in accounts with initiatives towards acquiring new or incremental business;
Build and maintain strong customer relationships;
Ensure all correspondence and reports are completed on time and in a thorough manner;
Support Foodservice team with forecasting, budgeting and sales analysis.
All other duties assigned.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

Post-secondary Diploma or Degree preferred;
Strong financial/accounting background
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and ability to learn new software;
Working knowledge of Micro Strategy sales systems is preferred;
Must be self -motivated, passionate and possess strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
Dependable and team orientated;
Ability to work under pressure in a multi-tasking, high priority environment;
Strong administrative competencies.
Valid driver's license and use of a vehicle
