- Maintain relationships with current customers to ensure sales volumes and margins.
- Identify and evaluate potential sales opportunities, develop medium to long-term sales plans to improve relationships, and increase sales of energy solutions.
- Work towards meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals through proactive sales initiatives and efficient relationship management.
- Engage in sales activities with new and existing customers, using cross-selling, upselling, and creating sales proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and managing customer information in the CRM system for streamlined sales operations.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial results for the company and clients.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships, with a history of surpassing sales targets.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective negotiation and presentation abilities.
