At Uptown Law, we are currently in expansion mode and are looking to add an experienced and talented Business Development Specialist to lead growth efforts.


What You Will Be Doing...

  • Build and grow a robust pipeline of potential mortgage, lending, and real estate partners.
  • Qualifying prospects to ensure a strategic fit.
  • Onboard new partners and ensure an outstanding experience for their clients.
  • Nurture relationships to grow the adoption of our brand
  • Meet with prospective referral partners to conduct presentations
  • Has experience and established reputation in the lending/mortgage, or Real Estate industry
  • Is a handson sales and business development professional with a proven track record in a fastgrowing environment
  • Has relationship building as a second nature and understands how to bring value to a relationship.
  • You must have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to cut through complexity and come up with multiple solutions to business problems.
  • A learner and problemsolver that is continually thinking about how to make things better.

Pay:
commission based pay structure
