Operations Manager/Client Liason

Job Summary
We're looking for an Operations Manager/Client Liaison to run the day-to-day operations of the business. You'll be the main point of contact for clients once projects are underway, coordinate the internal team, keep delivery on track and handle the 'fussy but important' work that currently sits with the founder.This is a hands-on role for someone who likes structure clarity and follow-through — and who enjoys making complex things run smoothly.
