Job Overview:

What You Will Do

  • Handle all communication with Indio's French-Canadian Clients
  • Work in tandem with the Indio Operations Team to ensure that English forms with French counterparts are mapped to French PDFs and set live for use.
  • Work with French Canadian clients on form revisions or other issues that might arise.
  • Generate recurring reports to measure success and to understand the demand coming from our French-Canadian clients.
  • Ability to learn proprietary software systems; provide support as requested in formbuilder.
  • Indio Formbuilder, Slack, Jira, Amplitude, Google Suite, Looker, Microsoft, and others.
  • Demonstrate behaviors that are consistent with Indio's core values, policies, values, and business conduct.
  • Authentically support the Indio Brand and constantly are on the lookout for ways to improve.

What You'll Need to Succeed

We're looking for someone who:

  • Ability to work 100% remotely, or from an Indio/Applied Systems office
Your experience should include some or all of the following:

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as an attention to detail
  • Precision: Is detail oriented and has a strong desire for accuracy and thoroughness
  • MS Office: Skilled proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Business Administration, Information Science, or related disciplines
