We are looking for a full-time baker to join our team


Responsibilities:

• Mix and create dough for various pastries, bread, rolls, and desserts, following recipes or specific customer requests.
• Bake assorted doughs and batters to perfection.
• Decorate and frost cakes and other baked goods.
• Maintain high standards of quality for all products.
• Develop a production schedule to determine the necessary quantity and types of goods to be produced.
• Procure baking supplies.
• Potentially manage sales and promotion of baked goods.
• Potentially recruit, train, and oversee baking personnel and kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma
• 1 year of experience in the food industry as cook or chef
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
• Work well under pressure
• Friendly attitude

$18.50 per hour
