• Collaborate with project team members during the requirements and design phases to develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases tailored to the DVS and Public Secure systems.
• Provide expert guidance and create test strategies and plans for functional, non-functional, and security testing, ensuring full coverage through a requirements traceability matrix specific to DVS and identity verification workflows.
• Develop and execute test scenarios and manual test scripts, including identity document validation, client system integration, and Public Secure functionalities; participate in test data preparation to simulate real‑world use cases.
• Manage defect identification, vendor defect resolution, and defect tracking related to DVS and Public Secure components using Azure DevOps/VSTS.
• Utilize Azure DevOps/VSTS to produce detailed testing status reports and issue summaries.
• Document and maintain QA and QC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specific to DVS and Public Secure implementations.
• Work closely with the Product Owner, Project Manager, Business Analysts, and Systems Analysts to ensure QA deliverables align with the project scope, identity assurance levels (e.g., GO ICA IAL2, IAL3), and timelines.
• Participate in defect review meetings, providing analysis and recommendations for resolving issues in DVS and Public Secure environments.
• Conduct functional and non‑functional testing focused on document verification accuracy, system performance, and scalability.
• Perform AODA testing to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.
• Carry out mobile testing to verify usability and functionality on mobile platforms.
• Conduct security testing to identify vulnerabilities in identity document verification processes and ensure compliance with privacy/security standards.
• Manage test data and ensure realistic scenarios for DVS and Public Secure workflows.
• Oversee test environment management to ensure systems reflect production‑like conditions.
• Conduct data migration testing for DVS integrations with legacy systems or client databases.
• Perform additional testing as required to support DVS releases and client‑specific needs.
• Provide backup support for other QA team members to ensure continuity.
• Develop QA checklists for program areas integrating with Public Secure and DVS solutions.

Must Have Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience triaging, analyzing, diagnosing/troubleshooting, evaluating options, and resolving QA issues—ideally in identity and access management enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting SSO solutions, identity federations, identity provisioning, and MFA systems using enterprise‑grade services such as Okta.
• 10+ years' experience designing, developing, writing, and executing test cases for large application implementations, with QA experience on COTS and/or SaaS systems.
• Experience with both automation and manual testing—SaaS platform–related testing.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

1. Large Identity and Management Systems – 30%

• 10+ years' experience triaging, analyzing, diagnosing/troubleshooting, evaluating options, and resolving QA problems related to identity and access management systems.
• Experience implementing and supporting SSO, identity federations, identity provisioning, and MFA using platforms such as Okta.
• Proven experience with enterprise‑level online identity verification services such as Interac, IDVerse, and Okta SaaS solutions.

2. Large Application Implementation – 30%

• 10+ years' experience with QA/QC methodologies for applications with over 10,000 users.
• 10+ years of progressive QA experience on COTS and/or SaaS systems.
• 10+ years' experience designing, developing, writing, and executing test cases for large application implementations.

3. Quality Assurance – 30%

• Experience developing test strategies and test plans.
• Extensive experience testing web applications and working with HAR files.
• Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman; experience with SQL, JSON, XML, XSLT, and XML schemas.
• Knowledge of EAI principles, integration technologies, and data transformation techniques.
• AODA testing experience using tools such as WAVE.
• Experience analyzing test results and submitting detailed bug descriptions using Azure DevOps/VSTS.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, including developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts.
• Experience with ITIL processes: Service Level, Problem, Change, Release, and Capacity Management.
• Experience with testing tools such as Azure DevOps / Visual Studio Team Server (VSTS).

4. Stakeholder Management – 10%

• Experience working with Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Systems Analysts to meet QA timelines.
