Our Co-op program is designed to unleash the potential of post-secondary students, giving them valuable and impactful work experiences, and insight into our ways of working and our values-driven approach to business.

The Coke Canada Commercial Team is a full end-to-end commercial team from product strategy building to in-market execution.

Our focus is on developing fact-based strategies and realistic plans for execution and to be able to inspire, enable and empower our stakeholders to support our customers and consumers.

This role will primarily focus on supporting the team in Innovation and Channel Execution plan deliverables for the 2025 Commercial Plans.


Responsibilities:


  • Support Category Commercial and Channel Execution teams in developing 2025 Sources of Growth and identifying risks (sources of decline); responsible for analytics to support growth drivers; analyze existing Nielsen information to identify banner gaps and opportunities. Ensure all SOGS are measurable and trackable.
  • Assisting in 2025 innovation launch preparation as needed.
  • Key Lead for Canada Bottler Ready to Sell 2025 Channel Sales Deck for National Sales Team
  • Key Lead for Canada Ready to Sell meeting logistics (working with Coke Company lead)

Qualifications:


  • Currently enrolled in a Business Program, 3rd, or 4th year preferable
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel is required
  • Strong analytical ability and detailoriented
  • Passionate about process improvement, category insights and customer analytics
  • Selfstarter: Ability to work independently and problem solve
  • Demonstrated leadership with a great attitude and passion for continuous learning
  • Strong communication (both written and oral) and presentation skills
  • Ability to be creative, tenacious and detailoriented
