Job Title: 4th Class Production Operator

Location:
Ideally Swift Current, Saskatchewan but open to Southwest SK

Reports to:
Operations Foreman

Employment Type:
Permanent, full-time

Work Schedule:
Rotation of 7 days on, 7 days off

Purpose:

Main Responsibilities & Activities:

Responsible for the safe and effective operation of all plant boilers, equipment, and field facilities
Delivery of work through the Crescent Point Operations by Exception and Optimization work process (OBEO).
Selfstarter, own training, and competency progression within the Crescent Point competency program.
Participate as a team member with rotating operating areas as directed by the operations coordinator.
Safely operate the facilities following a 12hour rotating shift, night shift required (7&7)
Continuous improvement mind set for Safety, Cost and Production.
Work with other disciplines to troubleshoot and solve process problems.
Maintain company vehicles / tools / safety equipment to high standards.
Monitor well performance, fluid levels, production equipment (speed/efficiency etc.)
Well testing, BS&W determination, area proration status.
Demonstrate complete working knowledge of all facilities.
Deal effectively with landowners, suppliers, contractors, and coworkers.
Accept oncall duty and respond to callouts as required.
Supervise contract and maintenance crews.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Valid 4th Class Power Engineering
Valid Class 5 Driver's License
Experience operating wells and plant facilities with equipment under TSASK or ABSA
Must be acceptable to everchanging conditions and receptive to new ideas.
Strong communication, organizational and team skills complemented with a strong work ethic.
Safety training current and up to date including: First Aid/CPR, H2S Alive TDG/WHMIS, Fire Extinguisher Training, Ground Disturbance (level II), and Defensive Driving
Team player who enjoys learning and contributing to team goals
