The Child & Youth Care Worker will ensure that the developmental treatment and psycho-social needs of children youth and families are met through active involvement in assessment and therapeutic interventions.Responsibilities
- Provide individual service delivery case management and group programming support to children youth and families.
- Cordinate the delivery of integrated services from initial assessment through to discharge ensuring comprehensive consistent care for all assigned clients receiving services from the agency.
