    In order to achieve that, we partner with Indigenous organizations to help address the need for qualified workers. We believe that diversity and inclusion are essential for the continued success of the sector.
    We are looking for a motivated Indigenous Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.

    You will be responsible for recruiting and retaining Indigenous candidates for training programs that can lead to careers in the local aerospace and aviation industries.

    You will work in partnership with the Centre for Aboriginal Human Resource Development (CAHRD) and Neeginan College to develop and implement recruitment strategies, provide support services to trainees/employees, raise awareness of the aerospace industry among the Indigenous community, and promote an understanding of Indigenous issues for the local aerospace industry.

    To have a degree or certification in a field related to education, psychology, sociology, behavioral science, human resources, or social work
    To have a practical understanding of Microsoft Office
    To have experience in recruitment, marketing, or outreach activities
    To have knowledge of local Indigenous communities
    To have a current driver's license and access to a vehicle
    We will provide on-the-job training to the right candidate.
