We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to spearhead our municipal engineering endeavors in Thunder Bay. As part of our growing team, you will be responsible for leading public infrastructure design projects from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead successful project delivery: Direct and motivate a team of engineers to deliver innovative designs that meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
• Mentor junior engineers: Help them advance their technical skills through coaching and formal development plans.
