Responsibilities.

  • Develop highquality educational content, including elearning courses & certifications, customized inapp tours & checklists, customerfacing workshops, user guides, tutorials, video tutorials, and knowledge base articles that cater to various learning styles and proficiency levels.
  • Plan and execute a structured customer education program that aligns with product updates, releases, and user needs. Manage the scheduling, logistics, and delivery of educational content through different mediums to facilitate effective learning.
  • Leverage learning management systems (LMS), online training tools, and other relevant technologies to deploy, manage, and track the effectiveness of educational content and user engagement.
  • Provide support and resources to product support & adoption teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to assist users effectively.
  • Establish key metrics to measure the success and impact of the customer education program.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback, learning metrics, and performance data to continuously improve educational content and strategies. Use insights to identify areas for enhancement and optimize the learning journey.
  • Foster a community of learning through forums, discussion groups, and other interactive platforms.
Qualifications.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, and nicetohave familiarity with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry.
  • Proven experience in digital education, instructional design, or elearning development, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Collaborative and teamoriented, with a passion for creating a positive and impactful learning experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to make informed decisions and improve educational programs.
  • Innovative mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve and optimize educational content and delivery methods.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS), content creation tools, and multimedia software.
  • Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest trends in education and technology.
