Store Manager - Exceptional Leadership Opportunity

About Us:


Role Overview:


  • Oversee restaurant operations, manage a team of 58 employees while ensuring the fulfillment of the Customer Promise.
  • Spearheaded efforts to enhance sales, profitability, and sustained employee retention.
  • Provide effective coaching and feedback to motivate and direct team members for exceptional customer service.
  • Manage profit and loss, overseeing costs and corrective actions.
  • Develop staff through ongoing training, coaching and feedback.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and retention of effective team talent.
  • Ensure policies/procedures and sanitary practices are maintained.
  • Foster a respectful environment for guests and employees.

Requirements:


  • Proven restaurant or hospitality management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial and operational reports.
  • Customercentric approach with a passion for excellent service.
  • Flexibility for a fastpaced environment, including weekends and holidays.

Salary:
$18.00-$19.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Every Weekend
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • East Gwillimbury, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

  • Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (preferred)
  • Night Shift (preferred)
