Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Claims Adjuster. The position is open in Canada, with flexible location options including in-office, hybrid or fully remote working arrangements.

The successful candidate will investigate and evaluate claims by telephone and correspondence, settling losses within delegated authority or reporting to clients as needed. Additionally, they will direct field adjusters and legal counsel on task-based projects.

• Investigate and collect claims information for analysis
• Evaluate coverage, liability, and quantum related to each claim
• Negotiate and settle claims efficiently while maintaining accurate records
• Accurately record, report, and present files according to established guidelines
