Belleville's is looking for an experienced and talented person to help lead our kitchen team in coordination with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
This role is for experienced cooks looking to further develop their leadership skills in a high volume environment. Belleville's is a fast-paced scratch kitchen that processes all meats in house. Providing exceptional food service is our key priority as our volume is almost entirely based on in-house customers. We are not on Skip the Dishes, Doordash, or any delivery services.Responsibilities:
*Ensure all menu items are prepared to quality standards and sent within a timely matter
*Assist with all aspects of food preparation
*Monitor the quality of food received in the kitchen and ensure proper standards of food rotation and storage are met
