MUST BE BI-LINGUAL IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH
We are currently seeking a District Manager to join our growing and innovative company.
The District Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a team of merchandising representatives (a mix of full-time and part-time employees).
The District Manager must manage the merchandising representatives and drive sales within mass merchandise and grocery accounts.The District Manager will work closely with the Regional Manager and will be responsible for regularly communicating and tracking the performance of the regional team toward goals.
Additionally, the District Manager will be responsible for expense control and compliance with all company policies.
The successful candidate will work from a home office and must be flexible to travel up to 50% within their district to conduct field visits and, occasionally, visit the client/Acosta headquarters or attend retailer meetings.
