    Position Details

    Job responsibilities

    Conduct field appraisals within a defined territory while maintaining quality and performance standards
    Schedule field appraisals and ensure prompt delivery of appraisal reports to Claims unit
    Efficient record keeping for all logs and reporting
    Establish and maintain all inspections including random on the spot inspections
    Support Auto PD Adjusters
    Participate in industry events, training of other PD staff, and special projects

    Job Requirements

    Minimum of 3 years' experience with estimating or appraisal in a collision repair shop or insurance claims environment
    Working knowledge of electronic estimating software and relevant industry technical qualifications such as I-Car courses
    Post-secondary education
    Excellent communication skills both written and oral
    Excellent organizational skills
    Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
    Excellent negotiation skills
    Ability to work remotely, independently, and unsupervised
