Social Media and Community coordinator - Loop Mission

ABOUT LOOP

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

Manage social media platforms on a daily basis: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok.
Develop editorial calendars: plan, write, and schedule all content to be published on the platforms.
Ensure the quality of writing and creativity of the content aligns with the brand image.
Engage with social platform communities daily to increase engagement.
Build strong relationships with other brands aligned with LOOP Mission for collaboration and partnerships.
Ensure community growth across all platforms.
Develop, prepare, and interpret performance reports.
Work synergistically with various members of the marketing team to deliver creative content.
Identify interesting posts to convert into targeted advertisements for the eCommerce Manager.
Assist in defining goals to develop new audiences.
Be the primary point of contact for our community, facilitate internal communication, and manage member requests.
Perform any other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

College or university academic background in communication, marketing, or a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or any other relevant field.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or community management experience.
Possess a valid driver's license, and ideally a vehicle for occasional travel.
Bilingual (French and English, both oral and written).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Communitydriven, resourceful, and enjoys working in a team.
Active and balanced presence on social media, with mastery of each network and their best practices.
Attention to detail and diligence, with the ability to prioritize.
Ability to have a global vision, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.
Experience with Zendesk, Shopify, Canva, WordPress, video editing, and the Google Suite are assets.
