Inventory Coordinator - Vancouver, Canada - Company of Cars
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain organization and orderliness of vehicle lots to ensure easy access and optimal display of inventory.
- Expedite the preparation of vehicles for photoshoots and showroom condition, coordinating with the service department to ensure vehicles are reconditioned and ready for presentation.
- Capture highquality photographs of vehicles for online advertising purposes, ensuring that images showcase the vehicles in the best possible light.
- Manage online inventory listings, ensuring that all vehicles are advertised with accurate options, trims, and marketing terms to attract potential buyers.
- Monitor the inventory lifecycle, from acquisition to sale, to guarantee that vehicles are promptly listed and ready for sale, minimizing the time between acquisition and availability to customers.
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding vehicle status and readiness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in photography and capable of producing highquality images for marketing purposes.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in vehicle specifications and online listings.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
- A selfstarter with a proactive approach to problemsolving and task management.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
