Job Description

You'll design Lendesk's web products—this means:

• You'll be doing the research, UX design, visual design, copywriting, and usability testing on every project you touch.
• You'll work to solve complex, abstract problems alongside team members from all parts of the company, including sales and marketing, customer success, development, and product management.
• As part of a highly collaborative team, you'll need to clarify requirements, adapt to new information, and communicate your thoughts and ideas clearly, while helping others do the same.
• While your primary focus will be on our products, you'll be joining a close-knit, multidisciplinary design team. You'll have the opportunity to spread your design wings by working on marketing assets, illustrations, internal memes, and investigating new tools or processes to bring back to the team.
• You'll take part in our brainstorms, reviews, workshops, learning events, team lunches, and take your turn digitally illustrating endearing caricatures of your coworkers during Friday all-hands meetings.
• You'll be able to contribute to an open evolving culture on a regular basis, including the opportunity to engage with the social committee.

Skills and Experience

• You are an excellent communicator and love collaborating with smart people who have diverse skills
• You have 2+ years of professional experience designing web-based products
• You have a strong background in UX design
• You're proficient with the typical design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, Invision etc.
• You can take charge and work independently to push projects across the finish line
• You can break down complex problems in a logical, systematic way
• You've got a sharp eye for details
• You have a portfolio featuring examples of your design work

Lendesk is committed to offering competitive salaries to all our team members. This role has a salary range of $63,500–$103,000 which accounts for the skills you'll bring to the team, the impact you'll have on the business, and the growth you'll experience in the role.
