We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to support ONA in the technology project initiatives.


What we are looking for:


  • MS Dynamics 365 (Form Customization, Security, Processes/Workflows, Entities, Plugins, CRM Data Modelling, Integrations, Reporting and Dashboards)
  • Agile development process
  • SQL, SharePoint, Azure Devops, and Power platform ecosystem
  • Business Analysis and Project management principles having applied BA and PM methodologies successfully to business analysis and transformation initiatives
  • Leading and contributing to assigned projects and operational activities to:
  • Analyse and document functional requirements
  • Identify improvements
  • Gather technical systems requirements
  • Complete solution designs
  • Translate requirements for development team
  • Test, implement and maintain systems

Nice to Have Skillset:


  • Certified Business Analyst accreditation and/or Product Owner certification

  • Ability to work in a multiuser environment
  • Work in a mixed technological environment
  • Give clear, concise directions
  • Communicate ideas effectively to a diverse group of individuals
  • Work well with people, both staff and members, from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience

  • Manage multiple issues/projects at the same time
