Purpose of the Job


Drive APSYS (Alstom Production SYStem) deployment within a site, especially support department heads for production, supply chain, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering and business excellence.


Responsibilities:


Deployment:

  • Contribute to site target definition using site QCD objectives and APSYS roadmap.
  • Support each department in APSYS deployment by providing on field expertise on APSYS tools.
  • Ensure action plan setup and followup for the site.
  • Train people about APSYS in his site.
  • Report monthly deployment status to Site MD and APSYS Central team.

Audits:

  • Is responsible of site selfassessment and prepare APSYS audit on his site.
  • Lead APSYS audits in other sites.

Benchmark and toolbox evolution:

  • Practice (and host) internal and external benchmarks.
  • Identify good practices and transmit them to the APSYS Community.

Network animation:

  • Participate as trainer to global training program (ex : TrAMway).
  • Prepare and participate to events of the APSYS community.

Main Required Competences:

  • Master degree (technical/engineering)
  • Expert in his métier (management committee members, senior manager, Senior Project manager )
  • High energy, high exposure, international travel (Desirable)
  • Master lean principles (5S, Standard, Gemba, VSM, problem solving, performance and kaizen mindset) (Desirable)
  • Capacity to coach top management of site and project team
  • Lean DNA would be appreciated
  • Ability to develop a network across all site (Desirable)
  • Rigor, Communication, experience in operational activities and results driven.
  • Data driven and courageous
  • Ability to manage teams in cross and multicultural relationships,
  • Collaboration and team working, critical thinking and problem solving
